Staff was professional and caring in regards to our needs. Overall our room was clean and comfortable. There was a problem with the toilet seat in our room. It was broken but usable so we did not report it until we checked out. The manager at the front desk was very apologetic and said they would have moved us to another room if we had reported it when we went to our room after check-in. Since we were meeting friend for dinner, we just dropped off our luggage and left for the evening. We were out late and didn't report it at that late hour as it really didn't have a negative effect on our stay. This was our second stay there and we enjoyed our room on both occasions. We will of course stay on future trips as both of our daughters live there.

Lowell

There is a young lady that was working at the front desk in the morning when we were leaving and she go above and beyond she was awesome and I think she should be the manager than the manager cuz when we meet the manager of them in the night I'm not sure what to say about him but this young lady was awesome she was brilliant.

the staff was very helpful in sorting some card issues at the beginning of my stay. the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. breakfast was also nice, if a bit limited. still, perfectly serviceable.

Cleanliness, very helpful and respectful staff, good, fresh variety breakfast, and good hot coffee, checkin and checkout is fair, felt safe, desk clerk (Mr. Kamal) made sure we had what we needed.

Every time I stay here, it's wonderful. I always book this hotel when I need a short getaway or a concert to attend. It's within minutes of everywhere I need to go.
